      Support that’s human.
Change that actually happens.

I help adults navigating life’s challenges, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or past trauma, or exploring new ways to manage stress and find balance. I also support adults with ADHD and parents of neurodivergent children.

I listen without judgment, guide without fluff, and help you make life less chaotic and more manageable. I mix practical tools with honesty, a touch of sarcasm, and a warm, safe space where you can be yourself.

I created Recharged Resilience, LLC for people who are tired of feeling like they’re “too much,” “not enough,” or constantly behind no matter how hard they try. Many of my clients come in overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in survival mode doing their best, but feeling drained and misunderstood.

My style is warm, real, and practical. I’m not here to overanalyze your every thought or hand you a list of things you “should” be doing. I believe real change happens when you feel safe enough to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and learn how to work with your nervous system instead of against it.

Counseling

I provide counseling for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. In addition to working with the general adult population, I specialize in supporting the neurodivergent community, with a strong focus on adults with ADHD and parents of neurodivergent or special-needs children. This work often includes addressing chronic stress, nervous system overload, identity shifts, guilt, exhaustion, and the emotional toll that can come with long-term caregiving and life demands.

Life Coaching

Coaching focuses on practical, forward-focused support around goals, motivation, routines, boundaries, confidence, and navigating everyday challenges that can feel surprisingly hard. I specialize in coaching adults with ADHD, particularly those diagnosed later in life who are trying to make sense of years of burnout, self-doubt, or feeling “behind.”  life coaching is also helpful for clients navigating life transitions, identity shifts, parenting demands, and the desire for meaningful change without the pressure of perfection.
